On account India's Independence Day, the staff of Progressive English School conducted an online assembly on 15 August 2020. Mr. V.K Hamza Abbas, Chairman Ta'aleemul Islam Trust and Gulf Madhyamam Chief Editor proposed the independence day message. Principal Ms. R Suchithra gave presidential address. The students of 11th standard lead the special online assembly.
